Warranty Claims and Returns

Any Returns need a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that is emailed to you once we process the request

All Postage fees to and from must be paid by the person requesting the RAN

 

 

Transit Damage to Items Sent by You

Any service requests or returns Lost or damaged during transit are at the senders expense.
Its therefore wise to insure and also register the Item with the postal carrier Usually costs an extra few dollars but will give you peace of mind if the item gets lost or damaged.

 

Packaging fragile items

To Pack Fragile Items Such as a Game Console

1. Wrap each item in clean tissue paper or newspaper.
2. Put them into an inner container and put the inner container into a corrugated cardboard outer container.
3. Surround the inner container with cushioning material such as bubble wrap on the top, bottom and all sides to limit movement and protect the item. Add a Note with your contact details Including telephone number and also email address
4. Close the outer container with reinforced tape.
5. Put the our address, your return address and the word "FRAGILE" on the top and on one side.
